Abstract

一种玻镁板固化养护系统,包括两端直通且足以供养护车通行的通道,通道底部设有供养护车行走的轨道;通道顶部沿轴线均布有多个抽风机,通道的底部设有至少一个冷热风管;在通道内沿轴线均布有多个温度和湿度传感器,通道的两端设有卷闸门。本实用新型提供的一种玻镁板固化养护系统,采用通道的结构,配合抽风机和冷热风管和卷闸门可以方便地控制固化温度20-30℃,湿度65~75%的恒温恒湿控制。设置的控制装置和电动卷闸门还可以实现恒温恒湿自动控制,从而降低工作人员的劳动强度。设置的弧形顶和集水槽可以收集冷凝水,从而避免滴落在半成品的玻镁板上,进一步确保质量。

According to the glass magnesium board curing maintenance system, the channel structure is adopted, constant temperature and humidity control of curing temperature of 20-30 DEG C and humidity of 65-75% can be conveniently achieved through the cooperation of the exhaust fans, the cold and hot air pipes and the rolling gates. An arranged control device and the arranged electric rolling gates can achieve automatic constant temperature and humidity control, and therefore the labor intensity of workers is reduced. An arranged arc top and an arranged water collecting tank can collect condensation water, therefore, the condensation water is prevented from dripping on a half-finished glass magnesium board, and quality is further guaranteed.
