Abstract

The utility model relates to rapid pliers for processing metal section vertical surfaces, which comprise a pliers head, a pliers body and a hinged four-bar mechanism, wherein a side link of the hinged four-bar mechanism is a drive rod which is used to lift, another one side link is a linkage rod which is provided with the pliers head, four rods of the hinged four-bar mechanism are connected to form a linkage mechanism which uses the drive rod to drive the linkage rod to swing and enables the swing angle of the linkage rod to be bigger than the swing angel of the drive rod, the hinged four-bar mechanism is arranged on a position relative to the pliers body through a rack of the hinged four-bar mechanism, and the pliers head and the pliers body are opened and closed by being driven through the hinged four-bar mechanism. The rapid pliers for processing the metal section vertical surfaces are added with the hinged four-bar mechanism which is used as the linkage mechanism, enable the pliers head and the pliers body to open a big angle just by lifting the drive rod in small amplitude, are easy when loading and unloading, also reduce operation strength of users simultaneously, and are beneficial for improving production efficiency.
本实用新型涉及一种金属型材立式表面处理用的快速钳具,包括钳头、钳身和铰接四杆机构,所述铰接四杆机构其中一连架杆为用于提拉的驱动杆,另一连架杆为设有钳头的联动杆;所述铰接四杆机构的四杆连接形成以驱动杆带动联动杆摆动、且联动杆摆动的角度大于驱动杆摆动的角度的联动机构;所述铰接四杆机构通过其机架设置在与钳身相对的位置,所述钳头在该铰接四杆机构带动下与钳身张合。本实用新型增设了用作联动机构的铰接四杆机构,只需小幅度地提拉驱动杆,就能够使钳头和钳身张开较大的角度,使得上排和下排时更容易,同时也减轻了使用者的操作强度,有利于提高生产的效率。
