本实用新型涉及一种结构简单,降低成本,提高工件分选效率,能够同时检测工件直径和长度是否合格的工件自动快速分选装置及系统,其包括可调节的倾斜V形导轨、位于V形导轨两侧与V形导轨上开有的十字形透光孔对齐的工业相机和平行光源、靠近V形导轨尾端的分选气缸、分选气缸下方的剔除品收集机构、沿工件倾斜下滑方向设置的产品堆放机构、与工业相机之间进行数据交换并控制分选气缸启闭的计算机、安装在V形导轨上触发工业相机启动采集逐个分离下滑工件图像的光电传感器;工件通过自重在V形导轨内进行加速下滑,使得原本首尾相连的工件逐个分离,通过工业相机对工件逐个进行长度和直径方向的尺寸进行拍照后,控制分选气缸剔除不合格工件。
The utility model relates to a device and a system for automatically and rapidly sorting workpieces, which have simple structures, reduce cost, improve efficiency in sorting workpieces, and can also detect whether the diameter and length of the workpiece are qualified or not. The device comprises an adjustable inclined V-shaped guide rail, industrial cameras and parallel light sources which are arranged on two sides of the V-shaped guide rail and aligned with a cross light hole in the V-shaped guide rail, a sorting air cylinder close to the tail end of the V-shaped guide rail, a reject product collecting mechanism below the sorting air cylinder, a product stacking mechanism along the slantly gliding direction of the workpiece, a computer exchanging data with the industrial cameras and controlling the sorting air cylinder to be closed and opened, and a photoelectric sensor installed on the V-shaped guide rail and used for triggering the industrial cameras to start to collect the images of the gliding workpieces separated one by one. The workpieces accelerate to glide in the V-shaped guide rail due to dead weight, so that the workpieces end to end are separated one by one, the industrial cameras are used for taking photos of the length and diameter of each workpiece, and the sorting air cylinder is controlled to get rid of unqualified workpieces.
