Abstract

The utility model discloses an automobile intercooler air chamber. A separation plate is arranged in an upper air chamber of an intercooler and divides the air chamber into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity. Long-battlement-shaped openings are formed in the end portion of the separation plate in the air chamber, guide bars are arranged in the air inlet cavity and the air outlet cavity of the air chamber respectively, the long-battlement-shaped openings in the end portion of the separation plate enable air flow of the air inlet cavity and the air flow of the air outlet cavity to be exchanged mutually, the temperature difference of cooling pipes on the two sides of the separation plate of the upper air chamber is lowered, the cooling pipes on the two sides of the separation plate are prevented from generating hot stress, and the breakage mode of the cooling pipes is effectively reduced. Air flow in the cavities of the air chamber is made to be reasonably distributed through the guide bars, and heat radiation is facilitated. The overall strength of the upper air chamber is enhanced through the guide bars, the amplitude of the reciprocating motion of a core main sheet is reduced, and therefore the main sheet is prevented from being broken off.
本实用新型公开一种汽车中冷器气室,中冷器上气室内具有隔板,将气室分隔成进气腔、出气腔;气室内的隔板端部具有长城垛形状的豁口,在气室进气腔、出气腔里各有一个导向筋,隔板端部长城垛形状豁口使进气腔、出气腔的气流进行相互交换,降低上气室隔板两侧的冷却管温差,避免隔板两侧的冷却管产生热应力,有效的降低冷却管断裂模式的发生。导向筋使气室腔内气流得到合理的分配,有利于散热。导向筋加强了上气室的整体强度,减小芯体主片的往复运动的幅度,从而避免主片发生折断。
