Abstract

The utility model discloses a refining device for MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether) synthesis. The refining device comprises a washing tower, a decarbonylation sulfur tower, a three-layer carbon removal tower, a five-layer carbon removal tower, a fine desulfuration tower, a dechlorinating tower, a dearsenification tower and a hydrogenation reactor, wherein a butane raw material preheater is also arranged between the dearsenification tower and the hydrogenation reactor; one end of the butane raw material preheater is connected with the hydrogenation reactor, and the other end of the butane raw material preheater is connected with the top of a steam condensation tank. The refining device disclosed by the utility model purifies a liquefied raw material, so that impurities such as C2, C3, C5, sulfur, chlorine and arsenic are removed from the liquefied raw material, and the purity of the raw material entering a separation unit is guaranteed; the butane raw material preheater realizes heat exchange between steam on the top of the steam condensation tank and the raw material, and the caloric content of the steam in the steam condensation tank is fully used; the refining device has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation and cost reduction.
一种MTBE合成用精制装置,包括依次相连接的水洗塔、脱羰基硫塔、脱碳三塔、脱碳五塔、精脱硫塔、脱氯塔、脱砷塔和加氢反应器,在脱砷塔与加氢反应器之间还设有碳四原料预热器,碳四原料预热器一端连接加氢反应器,另一端连接蒸汽凝液罐的顶部。本装置将液化气原料进行了净化处理,脱去了其中的C2、C3、C5、硫、氯、砷等杂质,保证了进入分离单元原料的纯净度;碳四原料预热器实现了蒸汽凝液罐顶部蒸汽与原料之间的换热,充分利用了蒸汽凝液罐中蒸汽的热焓,具有高效节能、成本节约之优点。
